These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777sk ("777sk", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at 777sk.cam. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 777sk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

777sk is an English-language online gaming information and platform guide targeting users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. All content and services are provided in English. Urdu language assistance is available from our support team on request.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 777sk platform immediately. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device, network or location from which they access the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 777sk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate or immediate family member of an employee of 777sk or any associated entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously held an Account that was closed by 777sk for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You must not be subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order from the Platform or from any affiliated gaming operator.

4.1 Account Creation

To access the full range of Platform services, you are required to create an Account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify 777sk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• 777sk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• You must not share your Account access with any other person or allow a third party to use your Account to place wagers.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777sk may require you to complete identity verification at any stage. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawal requests held until documentation is received and approved.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Your obligations as a User include the following:

• You will not access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, including but not limited to jurisdictions that explicitly prohibit online gambling.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm or Random Number Generator (RNG) used on the Platform.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script or device to access the Platform or place wagers without human intervention.
• You will not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 777sk.
• You will engage with the Platform in good faith and refrain from any conduct that could damage 777sk's reputation or the integrity of any game or sporting event.

All deposits must be made using payment methods supported in the 777sk cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods, including mobile wallet services and bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users, is subject to change at the operator's discretion without prior notice.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method as displayed in the cashier.
• Processing times for deposits vary by payment method and are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.
• 777sk does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.

6.2 Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other currencies as specified during registration. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at rates determined by the operator. Exchange rate fluctuations are the User's responsibility.

Subject to the conditions set out in these Terms, you may request a withdrawal of cleared, non-bonus funds from your Account at any time via the cashier.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Requests made on unverified Accounts will be held pending document submission and approval.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 777sk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method as displayed in the cashier. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• 777sk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of significant value before processing.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

7.2 Processing Times

Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual timelines depend on the User's verification status, the payment method selected, the payment provider's own processing schedule and any applicable compliance review. 777sk will communicate any material delays to the User via registered email.

777sk may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal of the bonus or any related winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are distinct from real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are wagered first.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or arbitrage bonus structures — including through multi-accounting, bet hedging or coordinated play — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
• 777sk reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• All bonus amounts and wagering thresholds shown on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed in writing by a 777sk representative or stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777sk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any other stage of Platform use.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of concealing, layering or integrating proceeds of crime in any form.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multiplayer format.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated system to place wagers or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software errors, game glitches or technical malfunctions to generate winnings not intended by the game design. Any winnings generated through technical error are void.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum eligible age.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a nominee, to circumvent account limits or claim duplicate bonuses.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period. Loss limits cannot be increased with immediate effect — a cooling-off period applies.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publish or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 777sk.
• The 777sk brand name, logo and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 777sk. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game software displayed on the Platform is licensed to 777sk by its respective providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights independently of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777sk excludes all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its content. In particular:

• 777sk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• 777sk shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 777sk's total aggregate liability to any User for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777sk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
• 777sk is not responsible for the availability or terms of any third-party payment service or any decisions made by a payment provider in relation to a transaction.

777sk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Conduct that constitutes fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or direction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the Platform's dormancy policy.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions. Any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sk is incorporated or licensed to operate, as stated in the operator's current licence documentation. 777sk does not assert that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim to hold any licence issued by a Pakistani governmental or regulatory body.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or a competent court in the governing jurisdiction, as determined by the operator.

777sk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
